TiVo Service Update

Software versions 9.3 for Series2 and 9.3a for Series3 and TiVoHD DVRs, have been completely released. You can check which version of software your unit is running under the System Information screen. If your unit is not running the latest version, please force a connection to the TiVo service and you will be updated to the latest version.(Instructions on how to force a connection to the TiVo service are available here.)

There is a new service update available for Series2 customers using antenna as a signal source. Software version 9.3c is currently rolling out to Series2 customers currently using antenna as a signal source.

Series2 customers planning on using antenna as a signal source in the near future should use this priority page to sign up to get the software. Antenna input is not available on Series2 TiVo DVR's beginning with 649 or 542 prefixes.
Please note: 9.3c should be installed prior to rerunning Guided Setup. You can check which version of software your unit is running under the System Information screen.

Please allow up to 3 business days to receive the software update.

This priority list is for TiVo Series2 Digital Video Recorders with a signal source of Antenna, or Satellite and Antenna only!
DIRECTV DVRs with TiVo, TiVo Series1, Series3, and TiVo HD DVRs are not eligible for this update.

Only DVRs with TiVo Service Numbers beginning with the following numbers are eligible for this software:
110, 130, 140, 230, 240, 264, 275, 540, 565, 590, and 595.

TiVo Central -> Messages and Settings -> System Information.)
